One of our goals for in education is to create opportunities for our authors to engage in conversations with the larger educational community. After the publication of each issue, the journal will offer webinars allowing authors to discuss their papers and other topics related to teaching, learning, & research. The sessions will be held via Elluminate and are open to the public.

Our first webinar features Jon Mott & David Wiley, both from Brigham Young University, who recently published Open for Learning: The CMS and the Open Learning Network. Join us on March 3rd, 2010 at 11 a.m. CST to hear from these authors as they discuss key ideas underlying this paper. It will be an important conversation for educators hoping to transform their practice in light of new tools & social affordances available to all of us.
